Espuma is launching a special menu for guests and their beloved ones to share the moment on the Valentine’s Day, Guests will begin with a Heartbeat Platter, followed by creamy mushroom soup and Roasted Angus Rib-eye with Truffle Gravy, Slow-Braised Pork Belly with Prune Sauce, Seared Salmon Fillet and Scallop with Whole Grain Honey Mustard Sauce as main course, as well as surprise desserts Candy Crush.
