Espuma Welcomes Winter with New Menu

Celebrating the arrival of Winter, Espuma is launching a winter menu feature distinctive Asian-Spanish fusion cuisine, guests can indulge in an alluring range of fusion dishes such as Sangria Clams, French Style Confit Duck with Yuzu Rice Soup, Creamy Fettuccini with Hairy Crab Roe & Cod Roe, Parmesan-crusted Chicken Breast Risotto with Spicy Fish Stock, Sage-smoked Ibérico Pork Loin and Baked Barramundi wrapped in Banana Leaf. Additionally, the main attraction remains the signature waffles. The creative pasty chef has designed three new flavors of waffle by using the ingredients like Rosé champagne, Genmaicha and Crispy noodle that will impress both your eyes and taste buds.
