“Create your desired Laksa”

It simply the crossover concept of “Hong Kong Style Cart Noodle” & “Japanese Ramen”. It means that you can go along to determine what kinds of toppings, noodles, how spicy of the broth and even the texture of the noodles you want the end result to be.

Chef Suliati has more than 10 years of culinary ‪experience in Hong Kong. She acquired the expertise in cooking Laksa and using aromatic ingredients.

Treasure Food Cooking Class

Espuma committed to promote treasure food, we believe this habit should be cultivated from an early age.

On 7th July 2016, we cooperated with Community Partner Foundation and organized the $10 lunch activity in Stephen's Church College. The purpose of this activity was to encourage students to cherish food and understand on the environmental consequences of food wastage. Our Deputy CEO also demonstrated his cookery skills and taught them how to cook a healthy and delicious meal at home.

Take a break and enjoy a leisure afternoon with our new delicious menu.

Starting from June 17, we will launch a new menu with heavy focus on seasonal fruits and seafood. Following a “more fruits, less meat” principle, the new menu will provide options of Fish fillet with Kiwi, Tuna Chunks with Cucumber, Mozzarella & Peach and Strawberry, Aloe Coconut Panna Cotta, Blueberry Cheesecake, Caramel Banana and Chocolate Cake and Orange Jelly etc.

One of the highlights is Coffee & Chocolate Scone, which is made with Cafés Novell's coffee power - a Spain's leading coffee brand with 60 years of history in Barcelona. Cafés Novell high-quality coffee or selection of tea is not to be missed.
